MACY’S THANKSGIVING DAY PARADE NYC 2020 CHANGES DUE TO COVID-19 & KOREATOWN, NEW YORK

In our MACY’S THANKSGIVING DAY PARADE NYC 2020 CHANGES DUE TO COVID-19 & KOREATOWN, NEW YORK, we walk with our dog Hudson to Macy’s at West 34th Street between 7th Avenue and Broadway to check out the preparations being made for the television-only Thanksgiving Day Parade this year due to restrictions from the Coronavirus pandemic. Stay tuned to the end of the video, as we show footage from past year’s Thanksgiving Day Parades including footage from Inflation Eve on the Upper West Side and many of the large balloons and floats traveling down the streets of NYC with large crowds gathered along the parade route! We also look at this year’s Christmas & Holiday window displays at Macy’s and walk along West 32nd Street in nearby Koreatown to see all the Korean shops & restaurants which have reopened with outdoor dining. #thanksgivingdayparade #nyc #macys PLEASE HELP SUPPORT this channel so we can continue highlighting small unique shops & interesting places in NYC, by sending us: ONE-TIME DONATION via PayPal: https://www.paypal.me/KarlaMurray Support OUR CHANNEL on PATREON and GET BONUS PERKS: https://www.patreon.com/JamesandKarla A very special EXTRA GOOD THANKS to our PATREON SUPPORTERS: Christine W., Grace Arjona-Ramirez, Nick Trainor, Lana N., Nuno Robles, Paul Moon and Hannah Rose. We are husband-and-wife architectural/interior photographers based in NYC. We started our video channel to act an artistic intervention to help raise awareness of the importance of small independently-owned businesses and the unique character these shops add to the streets and neighborhoods of New York City. In our videos we will showcase portraits of storefronts and shop owners in New York City & beyond and capture moments of city life that capture the spirit, energy and cultural diversity of individual neighborhoods. We also bring our dog, Hudson along whenever we can. We made it our mission to thoroughly document unique ‘mom-and-pop’ stores when we began to notice the alarming rate at which they were disappearing. Our critically acclaimed books include “STORE FRONT: The Disappearing Face of New York”, “New York Nights”, “STORE FRONT II- A History Preserved” and “Broken Windows-Graffiti NYC”. Come see the city & subscribe to our channel 🙂 __________________________ JAMES AND KARLA: Email: jandk@jamesandkarlamurray.com Website: http://www.jamesandkarlamurray.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jamesandkarla/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/jamesandkarl… Twitter: https://twitter.com/jamesandkarla James & Karla Murray www.jamesandkarlamurray.com
